Creating Brand Environments
Throughout my time at Karen Mabon, I played a key role in translating illustrated products and collections into engaging physical retail experiences. Working across pop-up shops, window displays and in-store installations, I developed creative concepts that brought the brand's distinctive visual language into three-dimensional spaces.
From initial concept through to production, I created visualisations, artwork and production-ready assets for a variety of retail activations, including Harrods in-store displays, the Karen Mabon 10-Year Anniversary pop-up in Soho and a collaboration launch with Flabelus. A key part of my role involved transforming hand-drawn illustrations into large-scale environmental graphics, developing display concepts, liaising with suppliers and overseeing production to ensure the final execution remained true to the original creative vision.
The installations helped support product launches, increase brand visibility and create memorable customer experiences both in-store and across social media. Several activations generated significant influencer engagement, while the continued success of the displays led to Karen Mabon being invited back to Harrods for subsequent seasonal installations.
